34 students participated in our weekend health prevention training, where they deepened their knowledge in four key areas: lifestyle, sexual education, drug prevention, and BLS (basic life support).
The goal of the training was to provide participants with practical, reliable knowledge and methodological foundations that will enable them to lead prevention sessions in schools.

Friday – shared foundations and professional lectures
The program began with an opening circle and the introduction of the prevention program, where participants could express their motivations.

This was followed by methodological training by pedagogue Zalányi Zsike, who presented the principles of dialogue with young people, group facilitation, and interactive teaching.

In the afternoon, participants could choose from four parallel professional modules:

Lifestyle
Dr. Germán-Salló Márta, Dr. Mónika Szabó, and Dr. László Marton
Topics included physical and emotional balance, nutrition, the effects of energy drinks, and the importance of sleep.

Sexual Education
Dr. Emánuel Ladányi and Dr. Anita Balázs
Focus on the body, personal boundaries, responsibility, and relationship communication.

Drug Prevention
Dr. Eszter Frink-Dienes
Discussion of the biological and psychological background of substance use and how to initiate non-judgmental conversations with young people.

BLS (resuscitation)
Led by the Pontis Health Organization team, participants learned the basic methods of resuscitation.

Saturday – practical application and teamwork
The day began with a team-building activity to strengthen group cohesion and create a safe learning atmosphere.

Participants then worked in small groups with experiential tasks, role plays, and scenario-based exercises, focusing on how to talk with young people about sensitive topics.

The BLS group continued hands-on training, gaining insight into methods of teaching BLS.

We are deeply grateful to all participants for their active presence, questions, courage, and curiosity.
Special thanks to our trainers for their professionalism, care, and human approach.
