Between February 18–20, 2022, the Palace of Culture hosted the Mental Health Conference, where over the course of three days 27 speakers and 137 participants jointly sought answers to how we can preserve our mental and spiritual balance in a world burdened by crises. The rich program featured lectures, workshops, and exhibitions, while inspiring encounters and deep conversations supported participants in recharging and renewing themselves.
Mental Health Conference

The global crises of recent years—whether as causes or consequences—have increasingly drawn attention to the crisis of mental health as well. This process, which has been unfolding for nearly a decade, has been further intensified by recent events. In our accelerated world burdened by pandemics and social changes, the mental well-being of healthcare professionals has been particularly endangered: alongside the constant, firefighting-like challenges of their daily work, their own inner balance is often pushed into the background, even though it is precisely in such times that stable foundations and inner preparedness are most needed.
From this realization emerged the idea of the conference, created with the aim of seeking answers to the question: how can we preserve or regain our mental and spiritual health in an age of crises?
