Me Time in Student Lifestyle
The first Többletelő event of this year focused on a topic that affects the everyday lives of university students, yet is often pushed into the background: how can we find time for ourselves alongside studying, exams, and expectations?
Our invited guests – Dr. Germán-Salló Márta, senior cardiologist, Eszter Borsos, medical student, and Dr. Muhi Balázs, dentist – shared their personal experiences and insights on the importance of balance. During the discussion, they highlighted why “me time” is essential for both our physical and mental well-being, and how we can consciously incorporate it into our daily lives.
One of the central messages of the evening was that “me time” is not a luxury, but a necessity. Whether it is drawing, music, physical activity, or any other activity that helps us recharge, it is important to find what allows us to “recharge our batteries” and prevent burnout.
The friendly atmosphere and honest conversation once again provided an opportunity for participants to reflect together on everyday challenges and to take home inspiration for their own lives.
We would like to thank our guests and all participants for being part of this event.
