Between February 20–22, 2026, the Palace of Culture in Târgu Mureș hosted the multidisciplinary conference of the Saint Blaise Foundation, which explored the scientific, psychological, and artistic approaches to sleep and dreams.
Sleep Horizon – Circadian Balance in the 21st Century

On the first day, the presentations provided a comprehensive overview of the physiological, neurological, and psychological roles of sleep, as well as its impact on learning, memory, and health, concluding with an artistic session focusing on the creative interpretation of dreams.
The second day focused on the neurological, mental, and cardiovascular aspects of sleep, complemented by interactive workshops and evening programs that further deepened the dialogue between science and art.
On the closing day, the psychological, relational, and practical dimensions of sleep came to the forefront, with special attention given to the treatment of sleep disorders and the practical aspects of sleep counseling.
